High Tech Corporate building 

Corporate headquarters of a multinational consisting of 12 storeyed high tech building has been set up along with world renowned architects Kamal Malik and Associates, India and Morris Ross & Co, USA, The fully curtain glass clad building was equipped with Shindler's lifts, Butlers prefab structure, Italian marble, Trane air conditioning equipment. It is a master piece structure overseeing lagoons of Atlantics in Lagos.

GD Birla Educational and Medical Research Foundation has setup a residential school viz Sarala Birla Academy Bangalore on sprawling 63 acres of land. Resurgent is the Project Management Consultant for this project and is working with Architect Hafeez Contractor and Shapoorji & Pollanji Co. Ltd.,

India International School, Bangalore has been set up on 18 acres of land. This is a world class residential school with integrated facilities. The project's estimated cost is Rs. 100 Crores approx.
